These terms

These terms cover the apps made by Etherbit Private Limited (“Etherbit”, “we”) and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Apps from the App Store

Our apps are licensed to you, not sold. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to every app you get from the App Store, unless the app’s App Store listing names a different agreement. These terms add to that agreement. Where they differ, Apple’s agreement wins.

Using our apps and website

• Use them lawfully and for their intended purpose.
• Don’t try to break, overload or get around how they work, including our weather service.

Times, holidays and weather

Time zones, daylight saving rules, holidays and forecasts come from public data and outside providers. They can be wrong or out of date. Please double-check anything important, like a flight, a meeting or a dose of medicine, with an official source.

Outside services

Some features rely on services we don’t run, such as weather providers. They may change or stop, and we may change, pause or remove features that depend on them.

Our names and artwork

Etherbit, the etherbit logo, Bit, Timely and our app icons and designs belong to us. Please don’t use them in ways that suggest we made or endorse something we didn’t.

No warranty

We work hard to make our apps reliable and delightful, but we provide them “as is” and “as available”, as far as the law allows.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Etherbit isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from our apps or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Using our apps or website after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
