Privacy Policy
We don’t collect personal information, we don’t track you, and we never sell anything about you. Here are the details.

Who we are
Etherbit Private Limited (“Etherbit”, “we”) makes the apps listed on this website and runs this website. Questions about privacy go to hello@etherbit.xyz.
Our apps
- No accounts, no sign-in.
- No advertising, no analytics and no tracking tools. We don’t follow you across other apps or websites.
- What you create in our apps stays on your device. It’s included in your device backups according to your own Apple settings.
Timely
Your places and settings
The cities, names, groups and settings you add live on your device, shared only with Timely’s own widgets on that device. They’re never sent to us.
Weather
To show the weather, Timely sends the latitude and longitude of the cities in your list to our weather service at timely-weather-api.etherbit.xyz. It never sends your own location, and nothing in the request identifies you or your device.
- The service rounds each coordinate to about 1 km and asks a weather provider for the forecast. Today that’s Open-Meteo, and it may be MET Norway in the future. The provider sees our service, not your device.
- Forecasts are cached by rounded coordinates for up to about a day, so other people asking about the same city get a quick answer.
- The service keeps no logs of requests or coordinates.
- The service runs on Cloudflare, which handles your device’s IP address to deliver the request. Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies to that.
Location
Timely never asks for or uses your device’s location.
Calendar, copy and share
When you add a time to your calendar on iPhone or iPad, Apple’s own event screen opens and you decide what to save. Timely can’t read your calendar. On Mac, Timely creates an event file that opens in your calendar app. If you choose Google Calendar, your browser opens Google Calendar with the event details, and Google’s privacy policy applies there. Copying and sharing only happen when you tap them.
Crash reports
If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. You can turn this off at any time in Settings.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts. It’s hosted on Cloudflare, which handles your IP address to deliver the pages and may keep short-lived logs for security. We don’t use them to identify you.
Emails
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to help you. We keep them as long as the conversation needs, and we’ll delete them when you ask.
Children
Our apps are made for everyone. Since we don’t collect personal information, we don’t collect any from children either.
Your choices
Deleting an app removes its data from your device. To have us delete any emails you’ve sent us, just ask.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects what an app shares, we’ll say so in the app’s release notes too.
